Description
API 3288 Recording Console, unmodified and in original condition, initially installed in one of Los Angeles' premier studios in the mid-1970s. I am the third owner, console is currently in clean storage in North Hollywood, CA. Configured with: 32 channel, 12 buss, 4 echo return channels, 26 monitors 32 550a 3band eqs 32 548 mic pre/aux modules 4 E548 line- pre/echo return modules 26 812 monitor modules 2 525 compressor/ limiters Console is in good condition but is sold "as is". Item was purchased from a high end dealer of first rate reputation in October of 2007 but never installed. I have used many of the 550a modules externally and they sound excellent, but of course no guarantee or warranty can be supplied with a vintage piece such as this. Not all api consoles are the same- this is the real deal and a rare find.
